bmibaby intends to upgrade from Open Skies® to New Skies® version 2.0. In order to set up the major planning PROLOGIS was responsible for this step. The outcome was a detailed project- / timeline plan, an overall cost- and resource plan based on bmibaby’s departments as well as processes, interfaces and functionality used in Open Skies®.
