We, the members of the PROLOGIS team, have two things in common … we are all highly experienced in and addicted to the Airline Business.

All PROLOGIS consultants have at least 6 years of active experience in the airlines industry. Besides PROLOGIS is a fully independent consulting company.

Being aware of the dramatic changes in the Aviation Industry, we have all been supporting Airlines for many years to implement processes and systems which are capable of facing the increasing competition or managing new business models. We know that each and every project calls for a change not only in terms of structures and systems but also for the people involved, since their work often has to change as a result of the project.

For this reason we are fully aware that the people who participate in the project represent a key success factor for the project itself.

Our project starting point is to understand your expectations and current situation completely. We focus on achieving your objectives in line with your budget and schedule to the complete satisfaction of all parties involved.
